Rachel McGuicken MA APMI
Multi-lingual, intelligent, lateral thinker and proactive multi-tasker with excellent communication and efficient time management skills. 12 years as a University Lecturer on a BA and MA History & Archaeology courses. 12 years as Independent Business Consultant, including project management, communications, marketing and executive management support roles. 10 years providing pensions administration services, both in-house and with a third party pensions administrator.

Chris Bennell
An experienced Scheme Secretary with a banking and HR background. Chris is organised, focused and diligent in getting the job done his experience encompassees; 2.5 years Independent Scheme Secretary to the P&O Ferries Pension Scheme, 5 years Trustee of Bankers Benevolent Fund, 10 years Assistant Secretary to the Bank of England, 6 years Secretary to the Trustees of the Bank of England Pension Scheme providing full range of governance support services including Pensions Manager, 4 years as Secretary to the Bank of England Remuneration Committee.

Anna is our Client Operations Manager. For over ten years, she’s worked as a pension communication consultant and senior project manager. She has a proven track record developing and managing client relationships, excelling in planning, budgeting and the timely delivery of communications projects, including pension benefits statements, scheme booklets, short-form report and accounts and summary funding statements.
